Bank or Bust

Bank or Bust is a quick push-your-luck dice game for 2 to 4 players. Every roll is a choice: take your points now, or roll the dice you have left and hope something scores. Roll nothing that scores and you bust, losing every point from that turn. Reach 8,000 points first, then hold on through the final round.

How to play

• Roll six dice. Tap the scoring dice you want to set aside (at least one each roll).
• Roll again with the dice that are left, or bank your turn points into your score.
• If a roll has no scoring dice, you bust and lose the points from that turn.
• Set aside all six dice and you have hot dice: roll all six again and keep building.
• When a player reaches 8,000, everyone else gets one last turn to beat them.

Scoring

• Each 1: 100 · each 5: 50
• Three of a kind: face × 100 (three 1s: 1,000). Four of a kind doubles that, five doubles again, six doubles again.
• Straight 1-2-3-4-5-6: 1,500 · three pairs: 750

Ways to play

Quick match seats you at an open online table; if nobody else joins within a few seconds, bots take the empty seats. Play with friends gives you a 4-letter room code and a link to share. Play vs bots works offline. Keyboard: 1–6 pick dice, A picks every scoring die, Space rolls, B banks, M mutes.
